A really pleasant experience. Sam and James were brilliant, extremely helpful and knowledgeable in a quiet professional manner. So easy , more like dealing with friends than doing a business transaction. Excellent customer service that was also very quick - well organised, all documents to hand and the whole process was stress free - and we ended up with a really fabulous car at a great price . Great dealer. Polite on phone, actually put reserved sign in the car window on the basis of the call. What our when navigating as it says"Hillside Motors" on the south approach. Really friendly team who weren't pushy. All paperwork available and cars can be driven away same day (within 30 minutes actually). Very fair approach to trade in (they show you the figures). Definitely one to go back to.
This is a friendly and efficient dealer, no pushy sales but very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a car recently - I saw it as I drove past and went back to view and test drive. No problem with test drive and all the documentation was available there and then, I didn't have to ask to see it.There were a couple of minor niggles, easily sorted under the warranty, all in one day - I dropped the car off, they took me home and the next day when it was sorted, they picked me up and gave me the car back - excellent service, thank you
