Lovely car, shame about the awful customer service! Seems that once they've got your money they aren't interested in fixing any faults. Indicator and headlamp failed within week but took them 6 weeks to properly source a replacement. Complete fiasco. We ended up paying for it to be done elsewhere. Won't be using Oakland's again.

Probably the best car buying experience I've encountered. Took for a test drive easily enough. Agreed for a tyre to be replaced as part of the sale. Had a couple of starting issues since purchase but Craig was very apologetic and quick to arrange for a local garage to have a look. Haven't had any issues since. Bought a Range Rover Sport from Craig in September, very pleasant experience, very helpful through out. I had the tail glass switch fail I contacted Craig and again very helpful and switch replaced in a couple of days. I would happily recommend them to family and friends.Keep up the good work.
