The staff are so friendly and kind always a warm welcome top class service willing to help , nothing is to much for them they always make time for you and your pet .
On entering you receive a warm welcome. Both the human and animal. They get offered treats you get beaming smiles.On my visit there was an emergency visit and we were all kept informed re slight delay.If you have a pet I would recommend this practice. Additionally it is not part of a huge chain, which is attractive to me.There is also a fabulous independent well stocked pet supply shop within 200 yards in Old Church Road. I use them and shop local.
