My family and I have used Mark Templer in Clevedon to buy and sell previously and found them to be very proactive in finding us a buyer but also helping find our new home. The staff were great with feedback and very friendly.
I rented from Mark Templer for about 18 months. I recently bought a house and moved out - leaving the flat professionally cleaned and spotless. Their 'independent' inspection service stated I left the flat 'dusty, un-hoovered, unclean, greasy...' I am now having to take them to court to try and get my deposit back. Fortunately I have lots of photos that show I left the flat very clean and tidy. I have since become aware of other people having similar problems. Moving is stressful at the best of times, but Mark Templer have made my move a nightmare! I would never recommend this letting agency to anyone. I am honestly shocked by how contemptuously I am being treated as a renter, especially as I paid my rent on time and was always polite, flexible and accommodating.....
