It is a delight to have Bryants in Clevedon. Their service for repairs, estimates etc is first class. The watches and jewelry I have bought here over many many years have been excellent.
Needed a watch resized. Quick, easy, nice people
Took in a 4,000 ring to have diamond prongs fixed and when it came back the clasp fitting was broken. They said we must have done it and refused to do anything about it, despite having been paid 30 to fix the prongs. We said we would take to get fixed elsewhere and they should pay but they said definitely not. More or less called us liars. Very rude, bad customer service (or lack of) and bad workmanship. DO NOT go there!
Took a gold necklace into Bryant's to be repaired and they gave me back a different one and still refuse to admit that they did. Issue has had to go to the police.
