Went down this morning brilliant service, 20 min wait, Great service on our door step
Disgraceful consultation!!... still cant really comprehend what just happened shocked!!!.... by entire experience - doctor left the room mid consaultation due to system crash invited random male to try log in to my childs medical files, no staff ID worn by all. Had to write my childs details to enable the doctor to prescribe the medication, he then failed to pass on correctly to the pharmacist!!! I Had to confirm missing details upon collection?? IMy 8 yr old child taken to seek medical attention at 21.45 appointment- stresses the urgency!!Having 4 children & sourcing additional child care at 21.45?highlights this entirely. Utter failure & will follow up this complaint correctly.
This is my local hospital and used as a base for local medical appointments as well as the Minor Injuries and Xrays.It is an excellent asset to Clevedon and the surrounding area.It would nice if we could expand this facility and keep all the recovery beds. Friendly and efficient.
Fantastic staff, treated my 3 year old daughter when she had a compound fracture. They were wonderful throughout, even gave her a teddy!
