Dentistry fine unfortunately let down by incompetent administration. Twice in the last 12 month's I have been cost money, firstly by taking half a day off for an appointment which, despite having written down, they state I didn't have. Then in last month I've had a charge for an appointment I didn't have, I was even abroad on a trip booked before my last dentist appointment! Twice suggests more than mere mistakes and looking another reviews seems not only one suffering from their incompetent administration. Shame as dentists seem good.

Kevin has been to all the dentists in Clevedon apparently but well done kenn road for being awarded 5 stars.He received fantastic service which even included one of the staff members !Not that it had any influence on his rating though !!!
Very poor administration and customer service. I received treatment, which to be fair to the dentist was sufficient. However, the administration staff who handle the finances are questionable. I have received a letter stating i owed them 60+ from out of no where after my treatment (no invoice has been received in this time) i queried this due to the nature of it, as i had paid on the day on both occasions via debit card. They finally resolve this so say to state i still owe them money. Again, no invoice or credit note. I have only ever received threatening letters (three in total including the incorrect letter) for a minuscule amount which they are now stating they have sent me four letters in total, and have given me 3 days to pay (bare in mind that this particular threatening letter was dated 15th and received on the 18th due to being second class...) it was not sent recorded, or first class, so holds no strength in any respect. But not once have they attempted to call me in regards to this nor promptly returned my calls. These letters state i must go in to the office to pay, being i work full time this is impossible to adhere too unless i take time of work, and for less than 20 i am sorry this will not be happening, the error was created by their lack of administration/accounting abilities, and has continued to fail their own system by failing to send an invoice to begin with and then continue to have the audacity to send threatening letters stating court/debt collection agents in regards to less than 20. If they had any understanding of collections, they will appreciate that a debt less than the court fee's is deemed unreasonable under the grounds of 'hardship', the ombudsmen will enjoy this one. I am still waiting to hear back from the message i have left, i am waiting patiently to discuss further, alas i do not hold my hopes up. If i could offer less than 1 star i would. avoid and go elsewhere.
I have been trying to ring to make an emergency appointment for my stepson. The call either goes straight to answerphone after many rings, or is engaged. I have checked and they are definitely open today. I have made 30 calls over 2 hours and emailed and have been completely ignored. Looking at reviews elsewhere I am not surprised to find many upset and disappointed comments. I can only assume the two good reviews here are from employees of the surgery as almost every comment I have found elsewhere is negative. If you want dental work done avoid, if you just want to waste time and money just trying to even speak to someone then go for it. Currently switching dentists.
