Very rude and dismissive service. I tried to drop off a Hermes parcel and was first ignored as the older guy sat there chewing away, and then told with a wave of the hand to drop off the parcel 'over there'. When I went to where his hand was waving, there were lots of boxes- unpacked groceries- in the area where I've dropped off a parcel previously. He then shouted at me to drop it off 'there' again waving his hand and when I remained unsure of where he started yelling at me 'why couldn't I see the parcels?' which were behind my back! I asked him not to shout and he continued to do so, then I asked him not to be rude and he again asked why couldn't I see the parcels. As I left the shop upset, he yelled 'receipt' at me and that was the last straw so I took my parcel off and have lodged a complaint with Hermes. A totally uncalled for and nasty experience- avoid this shop.
