Awful place. I will post also on eBay. Bought an item from eBay and was listed as hood that fits oyster 2 and oyster max lie flat seat. Come back to only fit the bottom tandem seat which DOES NOT LIE FLAT. Emailed the company and asked for an address to return they emailed back to say ring us and we can help you fit it. Rang only to be told I had the old oyster max. Only bought it a year ago for my twins. Did eventually provide me with an address to be told I'd only have a refund if it come back perfect. Hadn't even opened it i could see from the fittings it was the bottom seat not the top one. Four weeks on and numerous emails not responded to I'm without a refund and they have a brand new colour pack back in their possession. Very annoyes that I'm 30 pound down and have returned the item to them. Awful customer service. Please avoid this company
Fantastic value for money especially when I used their 5% discount code, I couldn't find my Bebecar cheaper anywhere else. The website gave me full information on what i was going to receive and i was kept informed all the way through regarding delivery day. I ordered my pram on Monday and it arrived yesterday.
