A local hire company open 7 days per week from early to late which is really convenient for collecting and returning vehicles. The rates are competitive and the staff friendly & helpful. I'd recommend without hesitation.

We booked and received an email confirming our booking but when we got there they said there was a problem and we didn't have a van. We then went away, changed all our plans for the weekend and an hour later they emailed to say actually there is a van available. My surname is Kearsley and when someone changed the booking around they re-wrote it as Kirsty. By this point we had already let about 10 different people know that we would't have the van that day and we would have it tomorrow instead. The van we picked up the next day was filthy inside and out and had a massive crack in the windscreen. There was also no washer fluid so we had to top that up ourselves to get all the dead bugs off of the dirty windscreen.There is a reason why Bidwells are so cheap, it's because the service is awful. Pay a little bit extra and go for a company that won't ruin your plans.
Hired a panel van for a Saturday . It was new with built in sat nav. I drove it to help my daughter move into her flat. Cost of hire was less than half that Thrifty in Weston s Mare had wanted. Also able to drop it back on either Sat at 5pm or Sunday at 9 am. Would recommend.
