I've always headed straight to this Halfords branch for advice and WeFit services. I changed my car in October 2018, so I drove my old car down to Halfords where Nathan uninstalled my Dashcam for me. I then drove home and returned in my new car where Nathan installed the Dashcam to my new car free of charge. The screenwash is always an excellent value whether you get it concentrated or ready to use. The store itself is well presented with essentials on sale in baskets outside of the main entrance, which means you can just pick them up, pay right away and go again.
One complete floor of biking equipment and not a single bike stand or a place to securely leave a bike outside, really? Apart from that, you can get most what you need.
I took my son's bike in for them to service as he had fallen off recently. The guy got it up on the stand and tightened a few bolts, checked gear alignment and said it was in great condition and didn't need a service. No charge. Excellent service by friendly knowledgeable staff.
I took my autistic boy in to have some repairs done on his bike. The staff (Felicity and Connor) were fantastic with him: patient, understanding and were happy to explain what they were doing despite being asked a barrage of questions. They did it while we waited and absolutely made his day. Faultless service. Thankyou very much.
Fantastic service from Nathan today. Lots of perevious visits in store over the years have left me less then impressed. However Nathans experience in Car Audio equipment restored my faith in my local store (Clevedon)Hats off to Nathan - he knows his stuff.
