I have had knots in my neck which cause me discomfort. The woman on the phone said yes we can get rid of the knots-definitely. I paid 30 upfront. The massager said she couldnt get them out and that shes limited on getting some kinds of knots out. I told the woman when I came out the the massager couldnt get the knots out. She didnt say a word to me and didnt even offer my money back. Terrible. Will not go there again. I told her it was specifically for my neck and she only spent approx.10 minutes on my neck.Everything you said sounds good and thankyou for the advice but I was still ripped off 30
