Lovely food-quick service. Pretty good menu. Allows dogs -yeah. Bit noisy but pleasant surroundings. Worth a visit.
This place used to be one of my many watering holes! Good selection on the menu, but a bit disappointed. Quiche portion small, fisherman's pie was a little dry and came only with peas, no salad and the chicken and leek pie wasn't exactly filling.great chips and reasonably priced. Good selection of beers and great views.Surprised that the steps outside do not have a rail.
You get what you'd expect here. It's a pub, it sells reasonable quality food at a reasonable price. I would recommend, the chips are delicious and there is a good variety on the menu. They also claim to cook the food fresh, which may or may not be entirely true, but from my experience it's a good place to pop-in for food.
It's been some years since I was last in Clevedon and a visit to the Salthouse. The pub is superbly refurbished with a great lounge and restaurant.Most importantly, however, were the friendliness and assistance from the staff. And the food wasn't bad either. And you get a refund for your parking fee, as long as you spend enough money. Highly recommended watering hole if you're passing through town.
Lovely place, clean and tidy. Good meal selection for a Sunday. It's a warm welcoming place and dog friendly too which you don't see all too often these days. Plenty of seating and a nice location near local amenities. There's also a nice coastal walk way alongside too.
